Biography: Postdoctoral fellow, Southern University, Visiting Scholar, University of Adelaide, Australia. In 2015, it was selected as the 12th batch training object of "Six Talents Peak" in Jiangsu Province; 2015 Nanjing University of Technology "NUGong Elite Nine Thought Award" and 2014 Nanjing University of Technology "NUGong Group Award"; In 2014, the sixth "Yalong Cup" National College students Intelligent Building Engineering practical skills Competition special award instructor. As the person in charge, he presided over 5 projects above the provincial and ministerial level, such as the National Natural Science Foundation, the New Teachers Fund for doctoral programs of the Ministry of Education and the Natural Science Fund of Jiangsu Province. In the past five years, he has published more than 30 SCI indexed papers, including 26 first authors, 18 corresponding authors, 3 ESI hot papers and 5 ESI highly cited papers. Some results have been published in IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, and IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems and other journals. Prof. Zhenggang Bai

Biography: Zhenggang Bai is a professor and Director of the Center for Evidence-Based Social Science and Health Research at Nanjing University of Science and Technology. Prof Bai received a joint doctoral degree of the major Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Clinical from Lanzhou University and the University of Southern California in 2011. He specializes in evidence-based elderly mental health, medical social work, and evidence-based social science research. He has led 8 research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Social Science Fund, the Ministry of Education, and Jiangsu Province. Bai has authored over 50 SCI/SSCI papers, including Lancet Public Health, Journal of Clinical Epidemiology, and 28 papers in Chinese core journals, focusing on topics such as elderly mental health and evidence-based methodology. Bai also holds various academic positions, including Vice Chairman/Executive Member of the Medical Social Work Professional Committee of the Chinese Geriatrics Society, Director of the Clinical Research Branch of the China Association for Traditional Chinese Medicine Information Research, and Member of the Second Technical Committee for Standardization of Elderly Care Services in Jiangsu Province.

Assoc. Prof. Jiafu Su

Biography: He is currently the director of Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems (EI), the editor of International Journal of Technology Management (SSCI), and the Chairman of MSIE2021, a high-level international conference on Industrial Engineering and Management. As well as reviewers of high-level academic journals at home and abroad, such as Journal of the Operational Research Society, Knowledge-based Systems, Journal of Zhejiang University and Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems. He has given keynote academic reports at international high-level academic conferences on knowledge management and innovation management such as AOM, IJCAI and MSIE for many times, and exchanged research results on collaborative innovation knowledge management.
